Add to the Community
A commitment to maintaining a high quality of life that residents enjoy at 320 McCowan Road while adding new residential units and both indoor and outdoor amenity space.
Add Much Needed Housing
New housing, both rental and condominium in tenure, to the Eglinton East neighbourhood, will complement the site. A high percentage of 2- and 3-bedroom units will accommodate the many families living in the area.
Improve Connectivity
A focus on connections throughout the site, including wider sidewalks and enhancements to the pedestrian realm along McCowan Road, will create a safe and welcoming environment for people who enjoy walking around the neighbourhood.
Provide a Place to Live Near Transit
A wealth of convenient transit options nearby, including the Eglinton GO stop and bus stops on Eglinton Avenue and McCowan Road, creates an ideal environment for new residential units. With upcoming improvements to local transit access, including the planned Eglinton East LRT extension, future residents will have access to improved local transit.
