Located at 320 McCowan Road, the site currently includes a 19-story apartment building with 300 units (BIC Fortune Tower) and an above-ground parking structure with 340 parking stalls. Built in 1989, BIC Fortune Tower stands out from other properties in Scarborough: units are spacious, bright, and equipped with five appliances, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. All residents have access to the 20,000 square foot Sterling Club Recreation Centre, with an indoor pool, billiards room, squash court, fitness and changing rooms, and library. Our project will maintain this high quality of life while enhancing the site to meet the needs of a growing community in Eglinton East.

THE VISION

Adding to the residential community at 320 McCowan Road.

Our vision is to enhance the site with an elegant tower development. With new housing units in a variety of sizes and layouts, convenient parking for residents and guests, and extensive indoor and outdoor amenity space, Landmark at 320 McCowan Road will build a thriving residential community in Eglinton East. Recognizing the site’s access to greenspace, such as the McCowan District Park, the project will maintain extensive landscaped greenspace on the site, while improving pedestrian and transit connections to nearby amenities.
